Effective as per January 2, 2011, Terminal Multicon Belawan has been started operation in Belawan on 3,5 Ha land and provided  service 24 hours/day and seven days a week. The strategic location its 2 km from Belawan Port contribute to success the export-import activities at North Sumatra and surrounding areas. 
The motto “Creating Value Through Service Excellence”, the existence Terminal Multicon at Belawan will support Main Liner Operator (MLO) to solve MLO’s problem on provide available box in time as well as to serve exporter and importer in Medan area and North Sumatra in general with excellence services.
Multicon Terminal Belawan provide services : lift on and lift off container, storage, washing, maintenance and repair, reposition/over brengen, Reefer Pre Trip Inspection, Reefer monitoring, Garment on Hanger, etc., with facilities as:
1.    Having 3 lines customer service
2.    Having 3 Container Handlers
3.    Having 2 lines gate in import capacity 8 teus containers
4.    Having 1 lines gate in export capacity 2 teus containers
5.    Having 4 lines gate out capacity 8 teus containers
6.    Having container terminal system and EDI system
7.    Having IICL, Reefer and Welding Certificate
